SN Engineering Works is a Noida-based manufacturer of pasta extruders and food processing machinery, working since 2012. We build extruders for macaroni, penne and other short-cut pasta, and supply them on their own or as part of a complete pasta plant with cutting and drying sections.
Each machine is sized to your product and production requirements, and our team supports you with technical guidance, installation and operator training.

Send EnquiryA pasta extruder turns semolina or flour and water into formed pasta. It mixes and kneads the dough, then presses it under pressure through a die. The die decides the shape, and a cutter trims the pasta to length before it moves to the dryer.
Because shape comes from the die, one machine can make several products. Changing from macaroni to penne is mostly a matter of swapping dies and adjusting cutting speed.
Pick a manufacturer that asks about your product, output target and factory space before giving a price, builds food-contact parts from stainless steel, and stays available after installation. The table below lists what to compare between suppliers.
| What to check | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Die options and changeover | Decides how many shapes you can make and how long a switch takes. |
| Food-contact material | Stainless steel is easier to clean and supports hygiene. |
| Match with the dryer | An undersized dryer causes cracked or uneven pasta, whatever the extruder quality. |
| Power and floor space | Confirm both before purchase so installation does not stall. |
| Installation and training | Your operators need to run the machine confidently from the first batch. |
| Spare parts and service | Screws, dies and wear parts should be easy to get when you need them. |
An extruder only forms the pasta. If you sell dried pasta, you also need a pasta dryer machine, because drying removes moisture slowly and evenly so the product stays strong and stores well. Buying the extruder and dryer from one manufacturer makes it easier to match their capacities.
If you already have drying and packing in place, an extruder on its own may be enough. Tell us what you have, and we will suggest only what you need.
We have manufactured food processing machinery in Noida since 2012, under the guidance of Mr. Mohd Naeem. Our team discusses your product and production requirements first, then customizes the machine to fit. Technical guidance, installation at your site and operator training are part of the process, and you can speak with our team directly before deciding.
A manufacturer builds the machine that mixes, kneads and presses dough through a die. Many also supply dies, cutters, dryers and a complete pasta plant, along with installation and operator training.
Yes. The die sets the shape, so changing it lets the same extruder make macaroni, penne or other short-cut shapes. Cutting speed and drying settings may need small adjustments for each shape.
For dried pasta, yes. The extruder forms the pasta, and the dryer makes it stable for storage and transport.
Tell us the shapes you want to make, your target output, available floor space and power supply, and whether you need an extruder alone or a full line.
